But what did I do?

I trained solo whenever I didn’t have a partner to train with. I did this exact training schedule over a 3 year period and I still use it when I don’t have a partner to train with. Over the 3 years I refined, refined, refined this training schedule until I found the exact formula that works.

This exact formula allowed 2 of my students to represent their national teams and many more to join an academy. With over 100 students that gained access to my program, they’re all flourishing one way or another.
